What are the shipping times?

You will be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Standard shipping- 3-5 working days

Express shipping - 1-2 working days 

International shipping 7-10 working days

For Pre-orders please allow up to 4-6 weeks. 

Depending on the drop shipping times could be completely different but will be shown.

All sales are final & cannot be modified after purchase. In case of damaged or faulty goods received, please contact customer service immediately to resolve any disputes.

What size should I buy?

If you’re not sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the size guide when looking for each of our products.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it so please make sure all of your details are correct. Under some circumstances we are only able to offer a gift card to customers. We are unable to refund nor exchange items due to products being made on demand so please be sure of your size and item.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.
